I went through my own method. Here is the result.

My body tells me I am made to transmit, alongside others, rather than create in solitude. I open and expand in the presence of people who need what I can offer them. I close and stop when I remain alone with materials, with no one to receive what I do. I am made to open toward others — relational and catalytic by nature.

Time loses its measure when I design transformation, when I read another person from the inside out and when I translate something deep into a visible form. I have done these things since I was a child. What I do now is the gift I have carried all my life, finally given permission to work at full power, far more than a career chosen along the way.

Others see me as someone whose presence changes their inner state. A colleague calls it coaching. A mother calls it access to spirituality. A friend calls it the lifting of her own vibration. A teacher calls it prestige and refinement. They all describe the same thing in different vocabularies — my presence does the work, before anything else.

What was called my weakness has proven to be my very strength. I have been told I am too direct, too provocative, selfish, lacking empathy, conflictual. Each of these descriptions actually describes someone anchored in herself, who remains whole instead of dissolving for others' comfort. These are the principles by which my practice operates. They are the reason my clients can, at last, be seen with accuracy — because I remain myself, without merging with their stories, and, at the same time, in love.

When no one is watching, I go out into the world among people and then come home to design how my work will reach them — the images, the language, the strategy, the magnetism. My work and my play are one and the same. I am more than a coach. I read brands from the inside and build something larger than a one-to-one practice.

The story I keep living is the story of learning what my presence does, of those who try to temper it, of those drawn to it and of how to give it back to the world. Every chapter has prepared me for what I do now. The chapter I write today is the one in which I stop earning my prize and let myself have it. I return to myself.

I “light up” for the alignment of inner truth with outer reality. The distance between who someone truly is and how they are perceived remains constantly in my attention. This is true in every situation — for the woman who has been seen wrongly, for the love that remains faithful whether recognized or not, and for a world meant to function from authenticity but often functioning from corruption. I am here to close this distance in each of us, until the world we live in begins to settle in accord with what it truly is, deep within.

The noise that covers my signal is that I should work hard and visibly to have the impact. The understanding I have reached is that my presence itself is the work, and my best sessions happen when I let it work effortlessly.
